Wholesale White Brandon Powell Jersey 2020 Online

The Falcons made their three big moves last week. The addition of Authentic Hayden Hurst Jersey gave them a potential Authentic Austin Hooper Jersey replacement, the signing of Authentic Todd Gurley Jersey a jersey seller and potentially terrific back if healthy, and the big deal for Dante Fowler a high-upside pass rusher who could help transform the defense if all goes well. I wouldn’t bet on all those moves working out—Hurst is relatively unproven, Fowler had one big year, and Gurley’s knee concerns have only grown over the last year—but they were all interesting and all carry real upside.

The Falcons have already moved on to depth, and they’ve mostly prioritized the same kind of upside with their additions as they continue to swing for the fences with a 2020 revival in mind. Let’s recap last night’s moves.

CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson
My favorite move of the bunch because of what Authentic Blidi Wreh-Wilson Jersey has done since he came to Atlanta. He was largely a bust in Tennessee, but since joining the Falcons he’s played in 26 games over 4 seasons and has consistently shown impressive coverage chops when called upon. For a team that is heading into 2020 with two relatively inexperienced pros atop the depth chart and a rookie likely on the way, quality veteran depth is going to matter a great deal.

Wreh-Wilson gives them exactly that. It would be tremendous if the Falcons could move forward with a rookie, Authentic Kendall Sheffield Jersey, Authentic Isaiah Oliver Jersey and Authentic Jordan Miller Jersey as their top four options, but for now Wreh-Wilson figures to slot in as the fourth cornerback and be available if the worst happens. He’s a stellar, likely affordable re-signing.

WR Laquon Treadwell
As a former Authentic Laquon Treadwell Jersey drafter in fantasy football, I’m well aware of his disappointing history in the NFL. The former first rounder was supposed to make up for his lack of wheels in the NFL with good hands, physicality, and strong route running, but through four seasons he has just 65 catches for 701 yards and 2 touchdowns on 107 targets, and was one of the few receiving options in the offense not to get a bump from the addition of Authentic Kirk Cousins Jersey.

Why would the Falcons be interested in a relatively slow, unproductive receiver? Chances are good they believe in their own ability to coax more out of a 25-year-old who was often in his previous head coach’s doghouse, for starters, and Treadwell offers a different look than Authentic Russell Gage Jersey as a potential possession option. Remember, Authentic Christian Blake Jersey did not impress last year and the rest of the options behind Authentic Julio Jones Jersey and Calvin Ridley (Gage, Olamide Zaccheaus, Authentic Brandon Powell Jersey) all have games heavily predicated on speed.

The Falcons will bank on Treadwell being a chain mover as the 3rd or 4th guy in the offense—I hope 4th—and will count on his vaunted blocking ability as a receiver helping out the ground game and on screen plays. He is a bit of a gamble given his underwhelming career to this point, but chances are he won’t be a costly one. The bigger question is whether the acquisition will stop the Falcons from drafting a receiver in what’s widely considered to be a loaded class.

OL Justin McCray
McCray is another interesting player who fills a need but probably isn’t guaranteed anything. A year ago, he started four games at guard for the Browns, grading out as a solid run blocker but a well below average pass protector. He’s played tackle and guard in the past and will likely slot in as the de facto swing tackle/emergency guard option, should he make the roster.

Atlanta’s still got to figure out who their backup center option is, but McCray could be the kind of cheap replacement for Sambrailo more than one fan has asked for. The addition of Gurley points to the need for more capable run blockers, as well, and McCray does fit the bill in that regard.

Cheap Authentic Nike Danny Etling Falcons Jersey 2020

Matt Schaub turns 39 years old in June, but he might not serve as Matt Ryan’s backup quarterback again in 2020.

Will McFadden of reported Tuesday that Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff expects Authentic Kurt Benkert Jersey and Authentic Danny Etling Jersey to compete for the backup quarterback job and implied the loser of the competition will be the third-string signal caller. However, Dimitroff also left open the possibility of Authentic Matt Schaub Jersey returning.

Schaub has been Ryan’s backup since 2016. During that span, he’s only made one start — in large part because of Ryan’s incredible durability — but Schaub has been an intricate part of the Falcons’ quarterback room. Authentic Matt Ryan Jersey reportedly likes having Schaub as a sounding board on the sidelines during games and in the meeting rooms.

But similar to last season, the salary cap will likely determine whether Schaub comes back to Atlanta. The 38-year-old has a team-option worth $2.375 million for 2020 season, but the Falcons can cut him and save $2 million against the cap. Schaub’s dead cap hit will only be $375,000 if he’s cut before June 1.

With the Falcons possessing some of the least amount of cap space in the league again this offseason, saving that $2 million is tempting.

However, Benkert and Etling have never played in an NFL regular season game. Benkert played well early in the preseason last year, but he sustained an injury in August that knocked him out for the remainder of the 2019 season. Etling is still very raw and honestly showed more as a runner than as a passer during the 2019 preseason.

If Ryan suffered a major injury in 2020, Schaub is definitely the preferred option of those three behind him.

Schaub would be a dropoff from Ryan, but he would give the Falcons a chance to win most games. He did just that against a Seattle team that eventually made the playoffs last year. In Week 8 versus the Seahawks, Schaub completed 39 of 52 passes for 460 yards, one touchdown and an interception. He nearly led the Falcons back in a 27-20 loss.

Fake Atlanta Falcons Keith Smith Jerseys China

The Falcons signed…a fullback? Of course they did.

This is actually not a stunner for many reasons. Ricky Ortiz was one of the big surprises of the 2019 roster, given that he had a solid but unspectacular 2018 season and was lightly utilized. The Falcons have talked a lot about running more effectively (which, ominously, may mean one of the game’s best passing offenses running more often), and they had interest in Keith Smith as recently as last offseason. They didn’t end up getting him—he went to Oakland instead—but when he became available in final cuts Dan Quinn’s eyes must have lit up.

The #Falcons have signed former #Raiders fullback Keith Smith to a 1-year deal, source said. He was a surprise cut in Oakland over the weekend.

Smith has three carries and 13 receptions in five NFL seasons, but it’s his blocking that has earned him accolades throughout his career, and it’s the reason he’s likely coming to Atlanta. He’s a powerful, fearless blocker who will be counted upon to pave the way for Devonta Freeman, with Luke Stocker and Jaeden Graham potentially spelling him in that role on obvious passing downs. I’m not a massive fan of using a roster spot on a pure fullback given the team’s other needs, but if they’re going to use one, it may as well be a blocker of Smith’s caliber.

This isn’t official from the team just yet and there’s no corresponding move, but it’s safe to assume that Ricky Ortiz will be looking to latch on elsewhere shortly. His athleticism should get him a role, and we’ll hope Smith fits in well here.
